Anu is the Founder and President of Capala Consulting Group and the Co-Founder of Team KatAnu, where she collaborates with leaders to drive enterprise-wide agility, executive growth, and high-impact cultural change. With a career spanning over two decades, Anu has served in roles ranging from Senior Agile Consultant at Accenture | SolutionsIQ, to Enterprise Agile Coach at Capital One, where she played a pivotal role in transforming complex organizations through frameworks like SAFe.

Anu specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, large group facilitation, and the creation of internal coaching ecosystems that enable self-sustained growth. She has trained and coached hundreds of agile professionals and leadership teams, from Fortune 500 companies to startups, helping them adopt agile practices that deliver tangible business outcomes.

Her academic background includes a Master’s in Psychology from Osmania University, India, and an MBA from Bowling Green State University, Ohio.
